FORTIFY: Rosehip/Nettle blend for syrup making

Super Healthy way to FORTIFY your ability to fight off the yuck. Whether it be allergies, a cold, or any seasonal illnesses. 

Take this blend and add your own local, area's honey to make the perfect syrup.

This blend of goodness contains Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Magnesium, silica, and vitamins A, B, C, D, & K

Take 1 tablespoon 3xs daily for allergy & cold relief or 1 Tablespoon daily as a multivitamin.

Recipe card included in purchase:

2 cups water

Entire package of Blend

Bring to a boil and simmer until liquid is about half the amount.

Strain and let liquid cool.

Add 1/2 - 3/4 cup of your local area's raw honey

Store in Fridge for up to 30 days.
