Rosemary Salt

I've packaged fresh from the farm and dehydrated rosemary and kosher salt in little 2 tablespoon cannisters so it stays fresh. Use a few pinches on your food but what if you could take 1/4 teaspoon, put it in a pot of boiling water and use it as steam to help relieve your sinus congestion?

Great idea right?

The salt acts as a saline steam then with the added rosemary...VOILA!

You'd only want to do this a couple times a day if that when stuffy because it is POTENT!
